Books and Concrete!

If you'd ask me, "What did you get for Valentines Day?" I'd tell you, "My #1 loaded and transported about a thousand pounds of concrete for me this week-end."

I have to say he's wonderful!

What a great attitude!

I'm sure I was a little more stressed with him loading these items then he was.

The other thing I purchased were.....

Decorating Books!

And not "just" decorating books but FRENCH decorating!

And what's even better, half price!

I was in French heaven!

So, tonight I'll be watching the Olympics and looking through these wonderful books.

Oh yes, add to that a little something the hubs has picked up to eat tonight.

I can't wait to see what it is!

REMEMEBER, you have until Tuesday to enter your name for my GIVEAWAY!

Just leave a comment on the post below!

Debbi I'd say that man's a keeper. Concrete...that's one of my fave things and hubs least fave, cause he's the one who has to keep moving it for me. The books look delish.
I hope your V-day was wonderful.

Hi Debbie,
Just fell into your site, not even sure how I got here, but I will keep it.
I have the French Inspired Home. I just might look into some of the other ones you have pictured there. I already have four books coming from Amazon, love old used books. I have a bid on e'bay for some. You got a good deal on yours.
Sometimes, among many other things I find them at the thrift store. I try and go there only once a week, I have a small house. HA.

Thank you for your beautiful blog. It brings back memories of the many things in my life that were feminine and lacey and just plain pretty. Hope I win the apron. I am an apron lover.
