Canvas White

I love heavy canvas items.

Recently I bought a large old canvas bag.

I loved everything about it.

My #1 thought I was a little nuts but...Oh Well!

UPDATE: To those of you that ask where I found this canvas bag. This was an estate sale find. Sorry, I would have loved to have told you that a particular store carried this fun bag!

I like the vintage writing....

As well as the stiffness of the fabric.

Another canvas bag!

Love it!

A big old bag!

One of the things I found this week-end was a great old piece of heavy canvas.

Perfect for the two chairs I also picked up while out treasure hunting.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

A big thanks to Kathleen of Faded Charm for hosting the event!

Oh, wow! I love 'em! I'm kinda partial to the look, feel and smell of old canvas bags, too. But don't own a one. I think I haven't looked outside the box... er... bag. You can be sure the next tool shed I poke my head in, I'll be looking for one.

Debbie, I'm lovin' your new canvas bag! And I missed your post about your finds at the estate sale. Great stuff! As you can imagine, I don't see many estate sales in this part of rural Idaho, but my daughter finds great ones in Boise. She's always on the look out for stuff she knows I would love.
hugs to you...

I linked over from faded Charm and am so glad I did. You have a wonderful bag and I'm envious of the canvas! Your orange tabby is so cute up on the bureau.

Hi Debbie, I just found your blog from a comment you left at Time Worn Interiors. These canvas bags are just great, but that first one is the best :) I enjoy looking through your blog. By the way, I live in Central PA and gas is about the same price here :( I wish it was I could be cleaning out my flower beds, not until about April will that be happening here. I am now a follower.

Gorgeous bag. I own a 101-year old canvas business in Sheridan, WY and would like to get the dimensions on this piece. Would you share?
