Who would have thought pumpkins would be so hard to find!
But because of all the rain we had, they haven't hit the grocery stores as quickly as they have in the past.
My mom actually found me some small ones on her way to the coast!
Yeah!
Even though my son is 18 (18, I can't believe it)he just turned 18 this past week.
He still loves it when I add holiday decorations around the house.
I hope you're enjoying the season.

Hi Debbie,
I love your fall decor. The big black crow is really great looking and so is that sweet little kitty in the background.

It looks as though your kitty is eyeing the bird (or is it the other way around?)

I can see that everything is looking beautiful at your house as usual Debbie. I love the pumpkins! I wish I would have tried to grow them this year. I live at a high elevation in the central part of Idaho, and our growing season isn't long enough for them to ripen. But I still wish that I would have grown them for there decorative quality. Who cares if they are green. Maybe it could start a new fad.hehe
I think our kids never outgrow our family traditions, do you? And that is lovely.
hugs to you
Love your fall decor. I love your scale....Kathy
I LOVE your fall touches, Debbie! Of course, I'm drooling over your vintage scale, too... LOL!
My kids love it when I decorate for the holidays, too, and just today my #1 was telling me how much he appreciates all that I do to make the holidays special for our family (gotta love him :)). I just started decorating for Halloween today. I hope to have some pics posted on Monday... hopefully.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend, and thanks for the inspiration!
Hugs ~ Jo
Hey Debbie,
Just stopping back by to see what you're up to. Wow... your new header picture looks GREAT!! I LOVE the lavender... beautiful!
I hope you're having a good week so far. :)
Talk soon,
Jo
Your cat in the background reminded me of what happened to my mother in law's crows. She had some in the yard on her fall displays and a cat killed them all! Ok they were just fake birds, but all that was left was feathers. Your cat must be dying to get to that crow. ha ha ~judy~
