la panier

Welcome to French Inspiration Thursday, hosted by Jill @ the French Cupboard.

I thought I'd show you an old French basket, most likely a purse, I found a few years back.

At the time I didn't realize it came from France.

But upon further inspection my #1 found that someone had written in the year as well as the country they hadgotten it from.

How cool is that?

I actually haven't figured out how I want to use it or display it but one of these days it will hit me.

So, for now I just enjoy the little bit of France I have at home.

Thank you for stopping by!

What a special find! I think it is darling and could have so many purposes. I don't think I have anything old and vintage from France but I need to find myself a french treasure! ;-)
